Cloud-based platform for applications and data separation network management system

Considering the communication network with the characteristics of multiple network elements and large data configuration complexity, the network management system should meet FCAPS (fault, configuration, accounting, performance and security) request from carrier-class equipment based on these characteristics. In this paper, based on the cloud platform, the communication network management system realizes the applications and data separation. Comparing with a single server or server farm programs, this program can realize the flexible deployment with business volume and data complete separation, and also loose coupling characteristics of each business function. Based on the cloud platform design, it makes a breakthrough on the realization of distributed upgrade software and the possibility of reduce the software upgrade time drastically. Meanwhile, the cloud storage mechanism makes cloud core business data off-site backup and fast recovery. Based on this system architecture, the network management system can be optimized to achieve the allocation of resources more efficiently and reduce costs. At the same time to make sure date security and rapid recovery. It can also provide a complete solution for carrier-grade network management system in the cloud platform to help telecommunications operators to build the whole network management system on the existing cloud computing platform.
