Research Interests

Olivier Tilmans joined Bell Labs in 2018, as part of the Access Control department in the End to End Network Service Automation lab (ENSA). He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in 2014 and 2018 respectively. During his Ph.D., He participated in the EU-FP7 project LEONE, and was funded by F.N.R.S-FRIA for his work on Software-Defined Networking and Monitoring. His current research interest are low-latency transport protocols, programmable networks, and network virtualization.
