Dong Li is a research scientist at Nokia Bell Labs in Shanghai, China. He received a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. degree in Information and Communication Engineering in 1998 and 2001, respectively, both from Xidian University, China. His research interests include various aspects of wireless communications especially signal processing, system modeling and evaluation, multi-antenna techniques and D2D/V2X communications.
