Siyu Tang received her M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands in August 2006. Afterwards, she joined the Network Architecture and Services (NAS) group, TU Delft, towards a Ph.D. degree (under the guidance of Prof. Piet Van Mieghem) in the research field of graph theory, distributed networking and large data analytics. Since 2011, she was with Bell Labs, Antwerp, Belgium, where she investigates heavily in topics of network congestion control, ultra low-latency protocols and multimedia delivery.

  • Best paper award in MMedia 2013.
