I received a B.Sc. in Mathematics, specialization Computational Science, at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta in 2003. My summer research under Ryan Hayward was partially funded by an NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award.
I joined Bell Labs as a postdoctoral member of technical staff in the Mathematics of Networks and Communications Research Department at Bell Laboratories, Alcatel-Lucent, Murray Hill, NJ. At the time my research was partially funded by an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellowship. In 2013, I was converted to a member of technical staff.
