Nikolas Olaziregi is researcher in fixed and mobile access network architectures in Bell Labs, and is based in Antwerp, Belgium.
As research associate in KCL he held technical and management positions in projects investigating Reconfigurable Radio Systems.
During his tenure at at Alcatel-Lucent, he has been involved in radio and wireline access networks evolution (e.g. HetNets, small cells, backhaul), working in the Corporate CTO office and Bell Labs.
His current responsibilities include clarifying the synergies between fixed access and 5G communication systems.
He has published more than 40 papers and co-authored several book chapters.
