PhD, Physics/Nanomaterials, Trinity College Dublin, 2010-2014
BSc, Experimental Physics, University College Dublin, 2004-2008
Graeme studied experimental physics at University College Dublin where he received a First Class Honours Degree. Following his degree, he worked as a process engineer in ion implantation with Intel Corporation. He received a PhD in two-dimensional nanomaterials at the CRANN Institute in Trinity College Dublin.
As a post doc member of technical staff in the thermal group, his current research involves fabricating materials for thermoelectric cooling applications and minimizing the contact resistivity involved in making contact to micro-thermoelectric devices. His other research interests include solution phase processing for fabrication of printed electronic devices.
