Jeff Fellin is a Member of Technical Staff(MTS) in the Computing Systems
Research Department at Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, New Jersey.
He received his
Masters in Computer Science from SUNY at Stony Brook in July 1978. He has been
at Bell Labs since August 1978. He has worked on many projects, including
UNIX, DataKit (a packet switch designed by Sandy Fraser in early 80's),
and Inferno (a commerization of Plan 9). He has worked extensive background
in communication protocols for packet switching (X.25) and Internet.
He is interested in network management, and operating systems support for
communication protocols.
