OpenStack installation using Packstack installer

For several years, cloud computing has been increasingly appearing in the global IT market, both in corporate infrastructure and among private users. In medium and large companies, they replace the current, not very flexible, poorly scalable and often expensive computer infrastructure, and in the case of small businesses, startups and private users give the opportunity to transfer the entire burden of providing IT services to an external supplier. There are several ways to install the OpenStack cloud, starting from the tedious installation of individual OpenStack services step by step, and ending with automated installation scripts, such as Packstack or TripleO (OpenStack on OpenStack), significantly accelerating cloud installations. In this article, we present an example RDO OpenStack Pike installation using the Packstack installer.
