Exceptional Students Open Day

On October 6th our researchers opened the doors of their labs for immersion into the future, with a unique opportunity to speak with them! The 'Future X Day' showcased mature research results of approximately180 cross discipline researchers that collaborate with academia and industry.

Nozay (Nokia Paris-Saclay) and Lannion sites are positioned as the global technology centers dedicated to innovating in the areas of the 5G mobile networks, cyber security, applications & analysis, mobile communications and the Internet of Things.

Nokia announced they will create 500 jobs in France in R&D of future technologies over the next three years, including the recruitment of 300 new graduates with new talent.  Laboratory research jobs are offered to PhDs in key areas such as mathematics and algorithms, mobile technologies, cloud, network and cyber security.

​Thesis Pitch Competition

This year researchers in their final-year thesis or less than two years post-PhD are invited to present thesis works to the Bell Labs research community. Finalists will present their pitch at the Future X Day and winners of this competition will be recruited, according to the job opportunities and candidate profile, within a Bell Labs research team.
