Deepak Kanwar is our Senior Partner for the Operational Excellence & Customer Experience practice and has been a strategic advisor to CxOs and senior executives globally for many transformation and optimization initiatives.
With 25 years of industry experience, Deepak’s expertise includes all aspects of CSP business/operations transformation, software product/services planning and evolution, business management, marketing, product development and management, and deployment of large-scale software systems. He started his career with AT&T Bell Labs and has also led the development of an AT&T Network Systems software business for EMEA while living in western Europe.
Deepak has published and presented at numerous industry conferences. He has been an advisory director to the TMForum board for several years and is currently a TMForum Ambassador.
Deepak has worked closely with clients such as Verizon Wireless, Cox Communications, KPN, RIL, Carso, NBN, AT&T, MTS Allstream, and US Cellular.
