Fuad Siddiqui brings over 15 years of experience driving business growth for telecom operators globally. He has held a number of sales and advisory roles: selling and managing senior client engagements across APAC and EMEA markets, uncovering key strategic challenges and opportunities, defining transformational initiatives, and helping customers implement revenue growth and operational efficiency programs. Prior to joining ALU, Fuad worked at Bell Canada, Ericsson, NSN, and Ooredoo Group.

Fuad now leads a team of experienced consultants and future strategists working on:

  • Unlocking customer growth agendas through commercialization of future networks
  • Addressing customer revenue generation, market development, and business rationalization needs
  • Supporting ALU and operators diversification strategies and break-in new business segments

Past achievements include:

  • Commercial consulting for a government-sponsored NBN initiative: Built partnering strategy involving ICT sector companies to address the needs of large enterprises
  • Developed “Integrated Broadband Strategy” framework for a telecommunications client to assist with data monetization: Framework was designed to assess strategic options, prioritization of market initiatives, and to generate investment focus
  • Executed in a sales leadership role successfully closing a multi-million euro LTE and CEM contract for a major telecommunications group
  • Sold and delivered several business consulting go-to-market global engagements: Managed new market launches for operators, including advisory work, overall program management, proposition development, and end-to-end delivery
